The 1st compliance audit of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point was carried out in TAIF-NK canteen

In mid-October, in the canteen of TAIF-NK JSC, the 1st compliance audit of the food safety management system based on the HACCP principles and meeting the national standard GOST R ISO 22000-2007 requirements, was successfully undergone.
The TAIF-NK Management always takes care of the food storage and cooking quality for its employees. Let us remind you that in 2019 the company was one of the first among community cooking institutions of Nizhnekamsk large industrial facilities to implement the food safety system. The algorithm of the HACCP compliance, where the entire product life cycle is traced - “from field where food raw materials are grown to fork – when the dishes are served” is clearly known to every employee of the canteen in accordance with their respective liabilities and duties.
