TAIF-NK PSC: a company displaying high social responsibility

A staff conference was held at the TAIF-NK main office, where they discussed implementation of the Company's Collective Bargaining Agreement for a period of 2016 to 2018 and signed off the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the next 3-year period. The conference was attended by Mr. Rushan Shamgunov, TAIF-NK General Director, his deputies and directors of the TAIF-NK Plants. The honored guest of the conference was Mr. Aidar Metshin, Mayor of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District.

At the start of the meeting, the Company’s General Director Mr. Rushan Shamgunov addressed the audience with a keynote speech noting that the Collective Bargaining Agreement was a document defining a socially-oriented area of the Company's corporate policy. Even though the past three years had not been easy, maintaining the Company being committed to steady performance of its activities, achievement of financial and economic indicators, along with implementation of the projects as planned still remain the Company’s priority areas of focus.

Further, Ms. Alla Evstafeva, TAIF-NK Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance, made a report summing the Company’s production and financial performance and outlining the key points.
Ms. Anisa Biktimirova, Chairman of the TAIF-NK Staff Council, reported on social benefits and sports activities of the Company. Today, the Company employs about 4 thousand people, almost half of them are under the age of 35 years. The employees have a substantial social package that includes payments to vacations, compensations of costs related to social mortgage program implementation, financial support in various life situations, payments on the occasion of anniversary and holiday dates, financial support for retired employees and so on.
At the meeting, Mr. Andrey Konovnin, Deputy Director for Production, Heavy Residue Conversion Complex, and Mr. Vyacheslav Platonov, Head of Natural Gas Conversion Shop, Heavy Residue Conversion Complex, were awarded a gratitude letter issued by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for their contribution to the domestic fuel and energy complex development.
Mr. Pavel Lebedev, Process Pump Engineer of the Crude Oil Processing Plant, Ms. Olga Andreyeva, Storekeeper of Electrical Shop of the Gasoline Plant, Mr. Ilnar Gallyamov, Process Unit Operator of the HRCC were awarded the Certificate of Merit, TAIF-NK PSC, for perfect job and operational indicators in 2018.
At the meeting, the TAIF-NK employees had the opportunity to ask questions to the Mayor, Mr. Aidar Metshin. The Company’s employees were interested in the realization prospects for the new technologies designed for urban routes tracking, next stages of urban spaces development, as well as the changes in household wastes recycling and disposal.
At the end of the meeting, the delegates recognized the 2016-2018 Collective Bargaining Agreement as fulfilled. In the main document regulating the social and labor relations between the employees and the employer, all the provisions relating to wages, labor protection and social benefits were maintained.
