Among the awarded is the chief power engineer and the head of the department of the chief power engineer of TAIF-NK PSC Ramil Davliev who was awarded a merited title “The Honored Power Engineer of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

- This is my first award of such a high level. It is attributed to my company, so I am glad not only for myself. Because they celebrate not only the one who deserves the award, they celebrate the whole team. For me, this award is an acknowledgement that I have been working well. It means, we have been singled out, said Ramil Davliev, Chief Power Engineer-Head of the Department of Chief Power Engineer

Almost half of the time of his carrier was devoted to TAIF-NK
Ramil Davliev has been working in the power industry for more than thirty years. After graduating from the Nizhnekamsk Petrochemical Technical School, he got a job at NizhnekamskNeftekhim as a fourth grade electrician repairing electrical equipment of the power supply workshop. After that, he worked at NovoMendeleevsky Chemical Plant, NizhnekamskShina and Nizhnekamsk Carbon Black Plant, where he started from an electrician to chief power engineer. In November 2005, he got a job at TAIF-NK PSC as the chief power engineer of the gas condensate processing plant. Three years later, in February 2008, he was appointed Chief Power Engineer and Head of the Department of the Chief Power Engineer.
Ramil Davliev has been working for TAIF-NK for 14 years. The list of his achievements is as follows: participation in the construction and start-up of a gas condensate processing plant, supervision of installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, designing of the entire configuration of power and electrical equipment. Thanks to his efforts, all uninterruptible power supplies at the Gasoline plant and the Crude Oil Processing plant were changed. Now, in case the production facilities are completely turned off electricity, the system will keep power as long as it is necessary to safely shutdown the production facilities.
Electrical facilities at the crude oil processing plant are now equipped with air conditioning. This allows maintaining the temperature conditions, which has not only have a positive effect on the equipment performance, but also extends its service life. Under control of Ramil Davliev, the electrical switchboards of the control stations were changed in order to increase energy saving at the CDU VDU-7. As a result of the work done, the energy efficiency has increased by the amount of 6,377.83 thousand rubles.

With the direct involvement of Ramil Davliev, an electrical heating system for pipelines and equipment was commissioned at the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex, due to which the pipelines were heat traced.

For energy saving, an automated system for control and metering of electricity was implemented at the entire enterprise. Now, you can monitor the electricity consumption of all the company's production facilities online and ensure the accuracy of the transmitted electricity consumption readings.

Ramil Davliev is a competent, very responsible and principled manager - this is what his staff speaks about Ramil Davliev. He can always highlight the most critical things and focus personnel on key areas of production. It is for these qualities that he enjoys well-deserved authority and great respect in the team.

It is this work that has developed all the character traits in myself that I have

- Ramil Kamilyevich, I congratulate you on the title “Honored Power Engineer of the Republic of Tatarstan”. It has been almost a year since we last talked. At the previous meeting you talked about enhancing of the reliability of energy saving at TAIF-NK. This time I would like to talk a little about you. Please tell us how you came to energy industry.

This was a choice at random. After I finished the 8th firm of secondary school, and studied at Nizhnekamsk Petrochemical Technical School, I was attracted by the specialty “Power supply of industrial companies and units”. So, I have chosen this job. Now I cannot imagine, if I could work in some other sphere of activity. It is this work that has developed all the character traits in myself that I have. For instance, self-discipline. My specialty is associated with danger, high requirements for work in safety, maintenance of equipment, training and staff higher qualifying, so you always need to perform the tasks in full - you may not leave something incomplete. The power supply for any enterprise is, one can say, the basis, nothing works without power supply. Provision of proper technical condition of the equipment and utilities intended for supplying the enterprise with energy resources is one of the main goals of the energy service team of the enterprise, therefore they must be ready for work at any time.

- How did it happen that you are devoted so much to TAIF-NK?
- This has also happened by chance. I worked as the chief power engineer at the carbon black plant, and my colleagues, knowing that TAIF-NK is constructing a new plant, took the job there. They had problems in their operations, they asked me for help. I decided to try and I was invited to a new, promising plant.

- What do you think about the implementation of programs for the reliability of power supply at TAIF-NK?
- TAIF-NK has developed and operates both short-term and long-term programs. We are now engaged in the comprehensive testing of the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex, therefore, until it starts a steady operation, it is too early to make any conclusions. We are now gaining experience; of course, expedient targets are being resolved right away and by the time of stable operation we shall be ready with new plans to improve the reliability of energy supply. Currently we are performing a program of reliability enhancement at the crude oil processing plant and the gasoline plant. We make the change of the run-down equipment with the expired service life, we revamp the equipment, and change and repair the cable lines.
- How are long-term programs implemented at your company?
- Currently the Company has several programs meant for 3 to 5 years. At the second workshop of the gasoline plant, we are performing works on changing the underground utilities and fire-fighting pipelines. The same program is being conducted at the crude oil processing plant, for three years we conduct the program of changing switchboards in the refinery's primary oil refining shop.
- Speaking about digitization of the entire energy sector, what kind of work is being performed at TAIF-NK in this respect?
- At HRCC we perform works on introduction of an automatic dispatch control system for electrical equipment allowing collection and display of information of the state of all electrical equipment, meaning to complete the work this year. We have an automated measuring and information system for electric power fiscal accounting, which will unite all the units and allows monitoring and planning of electrical energy and power consumption. Also this year, we are planning to upgrade the hydrogen-containing gas compressor with installation of an automatic workstation to control the parameters of the compressor electric motor at the crude oil processing plant.
- Coming around to today's celebration event, what does this award mean to you?
- I am grateful that my work in the energy sector is appraised at such a high national level. For me, this is another incentive for further, effective work for the benefit of TAIF-NK
