Professional Pride Day: TAIF-NK employees received well-deserved awards

Who writes the history of the modern oil refining industry?

A solemn ceremony of awarding distinguished employees of the Company took place in the TAIF-NK assembly hall. The event was timed to coincide with the Day of the Chemist of Russia, which is usually celebrated on the last Sunday of May.

In his welcoming speech, Maxim Novikov, General Director of TAIF-NK JSC, noted that the Company employs are real professionals who write the history of the modern oil refining industry.

“ Chemist's Day is a day of professional pride for all of us. By choosing this profession, we have devoted ourselves to the most interesting worries that know no end and have limitless possibilities. An employee of an oil refinery is able to create something perfect, practical and progressive. When a specialist gets down to business and performs his work efficiently and on time, I want to express gratitude and admiration in response to him," Maxim Novikov noted with feeling.

The General Director of TAIF-NK JSC also emphasized that the professionalism of the company's employees is visible in everything: both in the approach to work and in work.

“I wish you great success in this important and necessary profession. Thank you for the significant personal contribution of each of you to the common cause. I wish you good health and new achievements. Happiness, success in work, well-being in families,” Maxim Novikov warmly congratulated the staff of the Company.

The host of the event noted that at the Republican holiday Chemist's Day, which was held in Nizhnekamsk on May 26, the honorary title "Honored Chemist of the Republic of Tatarstan" was awarded to the operator of process units of the Bitumen Production Workshop of the Crude Oil Processing Plant Igor Ilyukhin. And today the time is right to present well-deserved awards to the employees of the Company.

«Every day we gain new knowledge"

Ilnar Gallyamov, shift supervisor of the Hydrogenation Products Processing Workshop of the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex, was awarded a Letter of Gratitude of TAIF Management Company JSC. A young man came to the company in 2014 from an adjacent company.

“At some point, I got bored at my old place of work. I wanted something new for myself. At that time, the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex was under construction. I got a job there as an equipment operator. Over time, I moved to the position of shift supervisor. I am very glad and proud to work at this friendly, professional company. At the Company, I have achieved everything myself, with my hard work and perseverance," says Ilnar Gallyamov.

Victoria Kudryashova, a chemical engineer of the 2nd category of the laboratory of the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex, also received gratitude from TAIF Management Company JSC.

“I really love my job. Our Company does not stand still, it is constantly developing, and we are with it. Every day we gain new knowledge, competencies, and expand our skills. I am very grateful to our management for their attention and care," Victoria said.

Lilia Ahunova, an environmental engineer of the 2nd category of TAIF-NK JSC, was awarded a Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. She has been working at the Company for 15 years and managed to prove to her colleagues that she is one of the best environmentalists at the Company.

In total, on this day, 9 employees of the Company received letters of gratitude from TAIF Management Company JSC, 7 more people were awarded with a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, 4 – with the gratitude of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, 12 employees – with a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

Such attention from the Russian and Tatarstan authorities to TAIF-NK employees is not accidental. The Company, having the status of one of the leaders of domestic oil refining, continues to actively create new and develop existing high-tech production facilities, occupying a rightful place among large, stable and competitive enterprises not only in the Republic of Tatarstan, but also in the Russian Federation.

The Company produces a range of products that meet international quality standards, ensures stable tax revenues to the city and republican budgets, takes an active part in republican and city social and charity events.
