Families of TAIF-NK employees have improved their living standards

Fourteen families of TAIF-NK employees could improve their living conditions. The long-awaited event took place immediately after the professional holiday - the Day of chemical and petrochemical industry workers. Handing over of the keys to employees of the city-forming enterprises and the public sector took place in the 49th microdistrict.

TAIF-NK employees were able to improve their living standards owing to the Additional Corporate Mortgage Programme. To help employees solve the housing problem, in 2005 the company began implementing the Social Mortgage programme together with the State Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2015, TAIF-NK launched another housing program - the Additional corporate programme for TAIF Group employees was started with the support of the sole shareholder.
Today, about four thousand people work in TAIF-NK, the great majority of whom are workers under the age of 35. One of the most important elements of the TAIF-NK social policy is to provide employees with the housing equipped with modern conveniences. Over the period from 2005 to 2019, 773 families held housewarming-parties. Of these, 654 families received housing under the social mortgage republican program, 119 families received housing due to the corporate additional mortgage program. The apartments for TAIF-NK employees are ready-to-move-in apartments with interior and steel entrance doors, PVC windows, utility counters (water, gas, electricity), and heat regulators, plumbing equipment, and a fire extinguishing system. In the yard there is a landscaped playground, a parking lot for cars, a recreation area, ramps for young mothers with strollers.
TAIF-NK’s social policy is an integral part of the enterprise’s success performance. It is aimed at assuring health care and welfare of not only the working staff but also their children. All employees of the Company are provided with the employement benefits, which includes the benefits and compensations provided for by labor law, as well as additional payments provided by Company’s internal regulations. For example, in the case of the birth of a child, a TAIF-NK employee is given one-time allowance and government support payment amounting to 200 thousand rubles to pay off the part of the mortgage and monthly allowance to women being on maternity leave for the period of up to 1.5 years of child’s age.
