On February 25, 2022, a Literary Evening (slam) for TAIF-NK employees was held at the Zaman Reading and Communication Center in Nizhnekamsk. The contest participants have prepared not only poems by famous authors, but also their own. They competed in reading prose and poetry, sang songs to the guitar.

TAIF-NK management took part in a rally dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day |
A solemn commemorative rally dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day was held at the Victory Monument. By tradition, representatives of TAIF-NK JSC, headed by the company's General Director Mr. Maxim Novikov, also came to support the memorable date.
"Defender of the Fatherland Day is a holiday for all men, young and old. Especially on this day, I would like to remember our respected veterans who proved with sweat, blood and even at the cost of their own lives what they are ready for the sake of the Motherland and our bright future. We express our gratitude and appreciation to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War and local conflicts, veterans of the Armed Forces, privates and reserve officers, all those who perform their military duty on this holiday, strengthening the country's defense capability," said Maxim Novikov, General Director of TAIF-NK JSC.

TAIF-NK representatives visited the Center for Cultural Development and Social Support of the Family, Motherhood and Childhood called “Family”. In this warm and friendly atmosphere, Vladimir Gatunok, Assistant to the General Director for General Issues, congratulated the young Nizhnekamsk citizens on the upcoming New Year. He wished the children and their parents’ good health, happiness and success. On the threshold of New Year, the children received New Year's gifts with sweets from the refinery.

TAIF-NK JSC congratulated employees’ children with the upcoming New Year |
Children of TAIF-NK employees took part in the theatrical performance associated with the celebration of the New Year. The event took place in the Musical College named after Salikh Saidashev. Professional actors were creating the festivity for three thousand children.
In the performance, the actors demonstrated to the children a New Year fairy-tale with the modern life elements – Instagram, Tik-Tok and YouTube. And the most popular and catching songs performed by the fairy-tale characters treated each child to the sensation of the approaching magic.

According to the results of the All-Russian contest «100 Best Goods of Russia», the products of TAIF-NK JSC again were recognized as the winner.
TAIF-NK «EURO-6» Diesel Fuel, inter-season, Grade Е, Emission Class К5 became the Laureate of the contest in the nomination: “Industrial and Consumer Goods”.
Viscous Petroleum Road Bitumen Grade BND 60 became the diploma winner in the same nomination.

March 23, 89 Special care: During Decade of Disabled People TAIF-NK representatives paid a visit to retired workers. |
The traditional decade dedicated to the International Day of Disabled People has started in Tatarstan. The holiday is celebrated on the 3d of December in order to draw attention to the problems of rehabilitation and social adaptation of people with disabilities. TAIF-NK JSC does not forget about its employees who have a disability. Every year, representatives of the Refinery visit retired colleagues at home. This year was no exception.

On December 3, Russia celebrates the day of Unknown Soldier. This memorable day was established in 2014 in memory of Russian and Soviet soldiers who died during the military operations on the territory of the country or abroad. The date was chosen due to the fact that on December 3 in 1966, the ashes of an unknown Soviet soldier who died in the Great Patriotic War were reburied in the Alexander Garden near the Moscow Kremlin.

"The Best in Profession" competition was held at TAIF-NK JSC |
Professional skills’ competition among employees of TAIF-NK JSC was held on the basis of the College of Petrochemistry and Oil Refining named after N.V. Lemaev. The employees of the company competed for the title "The Best in Profession" in three disciplines: chemistry lab technician, operator of process units, electrician for electrical equipment repair and maintenance. According to the conditions of the competition, the participants demonstrated their theoretical knowledge in the first phase, and their skills and abilities - in the practical part.
