The results of the work for the year were summed up and the distinguished employees of the Heavy Residue Conversion Complex were awarded in TAIF-NK JSC. The special event dedicated to the completion of the HRCC pilot and commercial operation took place in the assembly hall of the company's front office.

- Today we have gathered to sum up the results of our work. The expiring year 2022 was challenging for everyone. But despite the difficulties, we have overcome another professional bar. In November, we managed to achieve a 95% refining depth of crude oil. Next year we will face the task of maintaining high performance," Maksim Novikov, General Director of TAIF-NK JSC, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.

Alexander Ivanov, General Director of the Oil Refiner’s and Petrochemists’ Association, came to congratulate the personnel on completion of the pilot and commercial operation of the HRCC. According to him, the company employs true industry professionals.

- Let me join in congratulating you on completion of a significant stage — fulfillment of the test run of the HRCC. The figures that you announced today related to the oil processing depth are impressive, but I would like to draw attention to the team. People are the key value of the enterprise. I congratulate you all on the upcoming New Year. You still have a lot of achievements ahead of you," he emphasized.

Maksim Novikov, General Director of TAIF-NK JSC, and Alexander Ivanov, General Director of the Oil Refiner’s and Petrochemists’ Association, presented government awards to three HRCC employees. Vyacheslav Platonov, Head of the Natural Gas Conversion Workshop, was awarded a Recognition Certificate of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan. Vyacheslav Prokofyev, Head of the Technical Department of the Capital Construction Division, was awarded a Recognition Certificate by the Ministry of Architecture, Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Deputy Head of the HRCC Hydrogenation Products Processing Department, Artur Karimov was honoured with the gratitude of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan. More than ten complex employees received Recognition Certificates from Head of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District and from TAIF JSC.

Farid Minigulov, Chief Adviser to TAIF JSC Director General for Petrochemistry, arrived to thank the HRCC staff for the work done. Addressing those present in the hall, he said that there is no such a professional team at any other oil refinery.

- I congratulate you on the completion of a challenging year, nevertheless, it has become significant for you. You have done well – you are responsible, hardworking, smart and diligent. I believe that one of the best industrial collectives of the republic, and maybe of the country, works at TAIF-NK," Farid Minigulov pointed out.

The gratitude from TAIF JSC was awarded to Lyra Nyrkova, a Lead Process Engineer of the Production and Technical Department. She has been working at the HRCC since 2015.

- I came to work at TAIF-NK from a neighboring company and have never regretted it. Here I succeeded as a professional, learned a lot and I am still perfecting myself. Our work is very interesting. I am glad that I have been awarded today, there are still many tasks to be solved," she says.

Sergey Rybochkin, the equipment foremaster of the Coke (Pitch) Production Workshop, was awarded with the gratitude of TAIF JSC. He has been working at the HRCC since the beginning of construction, supervised the installation of the equipment, took part in commissioning and pilot and commercial operation.

- Everything is going fine with us, according to the target plan. We are a cohesive, well-worked  team. This is the most important thing. I congratulate my colleagues on the upcoming New Year, I am sure that it will bring us many good moments," he believes.

In total, eighty HRCC employees received the awards of various levels on this day. As it was noted during the ceremonial event, TAIF-NK will continue to work on improving the efficiency of production processes by upgrading the process equipment.

The company develops new types of products that meet the most stringent modern regulatory quality requirements, which is confirmed by numerous Russian and republican awards. Just a few days ago, TAIF-NK JSC was awarded the highest award of the competition "100 best goods of Russia" in the nomination "Quality Leader"; and Maksim Novikov, General Director of the Company became the winner in the nomination "For achievements in innovations" in the republican competition "Manager of the Year – 2022".
